As I look over the forum and some of the questions I just wonder does Navit slowly dying?

At least some anomalys/bugs/features are posted years ago and still not resolved. For example country selection is asked to be last used. That's shouldn't be big problem. And now I discovered that some lakes are missing on map and this seems to be really old bug to do something with multiple polygons. In years that should be managed to work. So is Navit dying or I'm impatient and should wait next few years?

With the multipolygones i solved in Java. It really hard to program in language C with pointers. But no one noticed my solution.
But its still active, there was a new version of Navit in April 2018

I got your solution but for most of users is probably to complicated and to time consuming.

Yes, I think so, too. I want now to make a homepage with ready bin-files. Upload will need one or two days. I will inform here about progress

This should be nice. But Be avare that It wil take more time than you think. Especially to update maps at least 4 times per year so they will be fresh ones.
