Hello, Thanks for the navit software. I am using it for quite some time with the OSD type gps_status enabled. It used to indicate the signal quality by vertical bars. But for some time now a yellow or green pixel is shown only. My sw now: - navit 0.5.0+20170501-1.1 (downloaded from: download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/Geo/openSUSE_Leap_42.2) with graphics type gtk_drawing_area and gui type internal enabled - gpsd 3.16-90.1 - openSUSE Leap 42.2, Type OS: 64-bit - KDE Plasma version 5.8.6 - KDE-Frameworks 5.26.0 - Qt version 5.6.1 Has something been changed? Now I have navit version 0.5.0+20170717-1.1 As told this version of navit with its xpm direcory does not show the gps_status. When I delete (as root) the current xpm in /usr/share/navit and replace it with an xpm a couple of month old, the gps_status is displayed! Note: In the current xpm a number of icon series are not correct, I think. E.g. fuel_16, 32, 48, 64, 96: level_crossing...: viewpoint...; etc. Kind regards, stephan58 |

With navit version 0.5.0+20170815-1.2 the gps_status is shown as before. Also now custom icons are transferred to an updated xpm directory. And icons are the right size as far as I have seen. Thanks for the upgrades, stephan58 |
