Thanks to the help of KaZeR, we can now again sync our SVN against the launchpad edits and back.
This means in detail, that we and external contributors can use launchpad as a comfortable way to contribute translations to our project :)
It's pretty easy and everybody skilled to write a mail, can also help us!

So this is our call for participation! HELP US TO UPDATE all of the following translations!

  • mandarin/chineese (-39%)
  • french (-23%)

  • spanish (-29%)

  • arabic (-36%)

  • hindi (-95%)

  • german (-2%)
  • portugese (-3%)
  • russian (-13%)

  • italian (-2%)
  • Czech (-2%)

But of course, you can translate every language you like :) But please keep in mind, that navit is a moving bullet, so we are esp. interested in people that can contribute regularly on the translations. This is essential before the release can go public (desired 1..2 times the year).

For more informations, please see:
http://wiki.navit-project.org/index.php/Translations

Sounds interesting at least? So just signup at launchpad and start the work ;) For feedback please signup our wiki and log into this forum with the same credentials.
