Hi, I have after a few days of frustration got Navit - Windows CE flavor - to work on my car's multimedia system. At the moment I had to stop to get around 2 problems first. 1 I need to change the map to my country as the include one is in the wrong hemisphere for me. Navit's link to its maps is dead and I can't also find an exe of maptool. I have a oms map for my country but can't convert it. 2 How do I force Navit to use English as it local? When I go to the menu screen it is a mixture of English and Chinese. It is a Chinese model and it seems that there is 1 or 2 settings it won't change to when I do the gen settings on the system. I'm using the 'internal' setting in Navit. Kind regards. Pieter |
