Hello!

I tried to use an OSD element from here:

http://trac.navit-project.org/ticket/542

I.e. I want to use Navit for the same purpose and in the same way - create marked gpx point in gpx log when new button is pressed.

So I added this into my configuration:

Code:
<osd enabled="yes" type="button" x="-96" y="300" command="vehicle.log_gpx_desc="Mark"" src="mark.xpm"/>

Unfortunately with my navit (0.5.0~svn5643+dfsg.1-1ubuntu1) I have Navit crashing when I press my new OSD button. Here is what I see in console:

Code:
*** Error in `navit': double free or corruption (fasttop): 0x0a8c9f00
*** Aborted

The gpx logging itself is set up OK. I just want marked point added to gpx log instead of crash.

Any help to make recording track point description in GPX log working?

Hi!

It looks like a feature nobody was recently using.

It should be fixed with r6123. But I'm afraid you'll have to build navit from the source to test this feature...

tryagain.

Compiled and checked r6123.

The r6123 indeed has it fixed just fine.

Thank you!
