First of all thank you to all, who invest their times in open-source-projects.

Yesterday i tried out navit for the first time.
I used the current build from f-droid and used the build-in download feature to download the map of Austria.

The first issue I observed was that the connection of points 3352->3623->3540 where missing.
They are present in map.project-osrm.org.

Where can map issues (In fact I am not 100 percent sure if this is a map issue.) like this one be reported.
This seems a way to hard to me. Since it took one day get the forum account.

Thank YOU for taking the time to report issues :)

As you say, we need to make sure if this is a bug in (outdated) OSM map data, or if it's part of navit maptool importer or the application itself.

Thus please browse www.openstreetmap.org for your desired area and check if the road connectivity is ok there. If it's not, you can drop an issue to the OSM community via the 'report a hint' button at the website. Then the OSM community will fix it, or you are brave and try to fix it on your own: www.learnosm.org
Else If the roads seem to be connected, please check it again: http://keepright.at

If none of the above seems to be the problem, we need to check our map toolchain again. So please provide an permalink of the affected area and explain what went wrong, so we can try to reproduce the problem.

P.S. A screenshot would be nice to visualize the problem :)

Hi!

While Usul1 perfectly described general process of map data troubleshooting, I have to confess that our copy of osm data got broken, see http://irclogs.navit.ie/%23navit-2014-06-07.log @ 18:59.

So for now, please be patient while new map is being assembled. I expect correct map with timestamp of 2014-06-07 should be available within a few hours at our maps servers.

tryagain.

It is not relevent anymore, but this statement is wrong. I acutally used, navit-svn-4794.apk from the navit-project.org website.
